Overview

The document will help you know how to create custom options templates, assign template for product and import custom option through dataflow.

Step 1: Create Custom Option Template

1. From the Admin panel, select MLX > Custom Options Templates > Manage Template.
2. Click the Add New button.

3. In the Template information area, fill in all fields for Template.

   Field	Data Type	Required	Comment
   Template name	Text	Yes
   Status	Boolean	No	You will see template in product area if value is Enabled
   Description	Text	No
   Auto Assign	Boolean	No	Auto assign template for product saved if value is Yes

4. On the left panel, click the Custom Options tab.
5. In Custom Options area, you can create custom option same product area.
6. Click Save.

Step 2: Assign template for product

1. Assign template for product

   • From the Manage Template., select template you want assign.
   • On the left panel, click the Assign for product(s) tab.
   • In Grid, please selected product(s) you want assign.
   • After selected, choice Assign template for and click Submit button.
   

2. Replace custom option with template

   • From the Admin panel, select Catalog > Manage Products.
   • Edit product you want.
   • On the left panel, click the Custom Options tab and do as follow image.
